What items are returnable? 

  • **Please contact customerservice@goop.com for all skincare, cosmetic, and personal use items prior to sending them back**
  • Items received within the last 30 days.
  • Unworn & Unused.
  • All tags attached.
  • Packaging intact.

Is it easy to return items?

- Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.

- Please note we've recently updated our return carrier. Please use extra caution when attaching your label and sending your package back. 


What items are non-refundable?

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  • Original shipping charges except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once we receive and inspect your items, you will receive an email confirming your refund.
  • To return an order shipped outside the United States, please email customservice@goop.com to initiate a return.
