Common Returns Questions

What items are returnable? 

  • Note: Please contact customerservice@goop.com for all skin-care, cosmetic, and personal-use items prior to sending them back.
  • Items received within the last 40 days.
  • Items that are unworn and unused.
  • Items with all tags attached.
  • Items with the packaging intact.

Is it easy to return items?

- Once your return is authorized, you will receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.

- Please note: We've recently updated our return carrier. Please use extra caution when attaching your label and sending your package back. 


What items are non-refundable?

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  • Original shipping charges except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once we receive and inspect your items, you will receive an email confirming your refund.
  • To return an order shipped outside the United States, please email customservice@goop.com to initiate a return.
  • A note from our ops team: Due to the impact of COVID-19 on our fulfillment center and on shipping carriers nationwide, we anticipate that return processing may take longer than usual. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
