What items are returnable?
- Note: Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for all skin-care, cosmetic, and personal-use items prior to sending them back.
- Items received within the last 40 days.
- Items that are unworn and unused.
- Items with all tags attached.
- Items with the packaging intact.
Is it easy to return items?
- Once your return is authorized, you will receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.
- Please note: We've recently updated our return carrier. Please use extra caution when attaching your label and sending your package back.
What items are non-refundable?
- Items marked as final sale.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
- Original shipping charges except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once we receive and inspect your items, you will receive an email confirming your refund.
- To return an order shipped outside the United States, please email email@example.com to initiate a return.
- A note from our ops team: Due to the impact of COVID-19 on our fulfillment center and on shipping carriers nationwide, we anticipate that return processing may take longer than usual. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
